Just found this website for a soon to be launched integrated mobile-internet service called Ribbit.
It’s a method of having your mobile leave messages that are
transcribed and stored on the internet for you to access anywhere and
return call using Skype or whatever.
The video is particularly
worth watching from the home page as it shows the idea of all of the
phone calls being integrated with your social network stuff.
there’s an idea – socially networking through talking to people in
real-time. Could be a good way to connect the bank to the customer?
Mind you, it also makes me think about the blog I posted last year,
saying that banks need to use the internet rather than the mobile as
their m-banking platform. Developments like this just reinforce this
