Are payments infrastructures fit for purpose?

Our annual survey: The Changing Face of Payments? is underway.

This
is the third year of the survey, and the last two years have shown some
fascinating results. For
example, last year, the most important factors for success in retail payment
infrastructures were security and being ready for mobile, whilst for wholesale
payment infrastructures, security, reliability and resilience ranked as the top
priorities.  Will this year be the same, and will SWIFT and VISA still be
seen as the most innovative infrastructures in the world?  Join the survey to find out.

2014, but you will also enter a draw for a copy of my new 350 page book, Digital Bank.  Finally,
