The belief in crypto has fallen through the floor in second quarter 2022, mainly due to factors from stablecoins that became unstable to exchanges that locked customers in (Celsius, Binance). So, I found it interesting when one cryptopunk asked the question on twitter: what do you believe in?
What is it that you believe to be true that 95%+ of people do not believe?
It can be financial, social, societal, health, life related.

I thought I’d pick out a few interesting responses. Some seem to have lost faith in Vitalik Buterin, the co-creator of Ethereum, whilst others are still engaged.

Maybe because the government will give crypto a massive bailout, like the one they gave the banks in 2008.
imagine right now the government stepped in to buy UST and the assets on the balance sheets of celsius and 3AC for fear of them & their competitors going out of business. that’s what happened in 2008

Or because by using blockchain in HealthTech and InsurTech for example, industries can work together.
Blockchain will be implemented in healthcare to have transparency, and allow patient control, which will allow better patient care!
Unpopular opinion: insurance companies and hospitals actually don’t really care as much as they claim to about patient care and mostly care about $

And that NFT (non-fungible tokens) still matter.
Defi is going to take a while to recover.
NFTs are going to take over as the biggest thing in crypto.

In fact, if you’re interested in this area and are familiar with terms like PFP (Picture-for-Proof), then this thread is for you.
Some thoughts/predictions for how I think things will look in #NFTs coming out of this bear market 🧵
Warning: I am wrong a lot so take this lightly

I also liked this one:
