I just found a really interesting analysis of the state of mobile banking in the UK which, if you bear in mind has lots of new challenger banks, makes for interesting reading about features and functionality of Monzo versus N26 versus Starling versus Atom and so on. It’s almost as good as 11FS’s Pulse, where you can see benchmark studies of each of these systems in action along with over 200 other worldwide leaders, but the Optima Consulting report is useful if you want to see how things are playing out in the UK.
At the end of the report they pick the three best mobile banking apps in the UK. I won’t ruin the surprise by telling you who won, so you need to go ahead and read the report, but I will share with you three useful charts and the report itself in non-downloadable form. If you want to download it, go over here.
