I shared an update the other day that has had a lot of reaction, so I’m sharing it here on the blog.
The update is from Generative AI on what corporate players would look like if they were animals.
The CEO is a lion? HR is a monkey? Sales is a fox?
Interestingly they missed legal, marketing and PR. I nominated legal would be a rat whilst marketing is a Labrador or a snake, depending on your view.
What’s your view?
Equally and notably, all the animals appear to be in suits and ties, as in male. Where are the women? If you were picking anyone to be in the exec team as a woman – and I know this from experience – it’s marketing, PR and HR (historically). Today, the CEO should be SHEO?
